Free Returns for Damaged Items Tuning Fork & Co. pays for all return shipping costs if your product arrives faulty or damaged. We take full responsibility for the shipping fees to ensure you don't have to pay anything. Simply email a photo of the item to contact@tuningforkandco.com. Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund or send a new product immediately, at your choice.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind If you simply change your mind, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. In this specific case, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
